MEETING ROOM

The Library welcomes the use of its meeting room by community groups in Gilpin County for civic, educational, and cultural activities and discussion of current events. The rooms may not be used for purely social purposes or for regular business operations.
General Information:

• Capacity: 50 people, 8 work tables available.
• Kitchenette: Refreshments allowed in accordance with the Library’s Rules of Conduct.
• Projector Screen and Ceiling Mounted Projector - 16:9 - 110" Diagonal with HDMI connectivity. Groups must provide their own laptop computer or electronic devices and are advised to bring their own HDMI adapters to connect to the meeting room equipment. All technical support is the responsibility of the group. If assistance is needed to connect to the audiovisual equipment provided, a basic training session may be scheduled with a library staff member prior to the meeting.

STUDY ROOMS

Study Room 1

Need a quiet place to study? We have two Study Rooms available.  They can be reserved 30 days in advance, for up to three hours each day, at no cost.  Room times can be extended if no one requests use of the room that day.    Room capacities vary from one to four people.​
