The Mountain Meditation Circle is a free, open, drop-in group that has been meeting every Monday evening for the last 4 years. New participants are always welcome and attendance is on a drop-in basis, which means you do not need to sign up or RSVP and you can join us whenever your schedule allows.
There is also an option to join via Zoom, but your camera must be on to join our Circle.
The format of the meeting is as follows:
The topics are all related to Mindfulness, or the qualities that support Mindfulness, which may include:
Acceptance, Non-Judging, Patience, Trust, Gratitude, Generosity, Curiosity, Kindness, Non-Striving
If you have never meditated before, or consider yourself a novice, support is available. If you have any questions, please contact Alisa Witt at email@example.com or 847-890-5262. It would be helpful to arrive about 10 minutes early to your very first meeting.
